This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection and use of Your information when You use the Application. We use Your Data to provide and improve the Application. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

* Application refers to Reflexy, the software program provided by the Developer.

* Developer (referred to as either "the Developer", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Reflexy.

* Device means any device that can access the Application such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

* Data is any information which may or may not relate to an identified or identifiable individual.

* Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

* You/Your means the individual accessing or using the Application, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Application, as applicable.

* Highscores refers to the Application's functionality to save your score when completing a challenge, and to organise it in a table of scores.

* SwiftData refers to an all-new framework for managing data within apps.

What data does Reflexy collect about you?

The Application does not collect your Personal Data. The Application does not collect Data which is linked to You. There are 3 Data types collected from this Application: Gameplay Content, Hands, Head.

User Content / Gameplay Content

* This Data is not linked to Your identity in any way.

* This Data is related to You only via the usage of SwiftData capabilities, and not by any identifiers.

* This Data is accessed solely on Your Device, and saved on Your Device. 

* This Data is retained only while the Application is installed on the Device.

* This Data is deleted when the Application and its data is deleted from the device.

* This Data is not used for any other purposes beyond the following usages:

Highscores

* This Data is used to enable saving and loading Highscores for You. 

* This Data can be saved whenever You complete a challenge. 

* This Data consists of in-game parameters as they relate to the challenge and Your score. 

* This Data can be accessed from the Highscores section of the Application. 

* This Data can be fully cleared by You from the Settings section of the Application. 

* Each category of Highscores offers its own Delete option, to allow You to delete this Data selectively.

Player preferences

* This Data is used to provide persistent player preferences, and consists of a list of unique values.

* You have the capability to adjust default properties as they relate to the core functionality of the Application, such as default difficulty.

* This Data saves those properties, for the purposes of persistent settings across multiple usages of the Application. 

* This Data is modified whenever You adjust Your settings via the Settings section of the Application. 

Body

* This Data is not linked to Your identity in any way. 

* This Data is only used during the Application's core functionality/gameplay, and never saved on the Device and is never shared with anyone. 

* This Data is accessed solely on Your Device and is not sent off the Device in any way. 

* This Data is not used for any other purposes beyond the following usages:

Head

* During the core functionality of the Application, we access the realtime position of Your Device. 

* This position is used to provide Application content at a dynamic/adjusted height which is more comfortable to the user.

Hands

* During the core functionality of the Application, We ask for access to Your Hand data. 

* You can decline the usage of this using the built-in prompt in the Application. 

* This Data is used to enable a feature. Specifically, this Data is used to provide real-time hand interactions as part of the core functionality of the Application.

Subscriptions

The Application offers an auto-renewable subscription service to Reflexy Plus, the enhanced version of the Application. Reflexy Plus includes 5 additional Challenge modes, and every other Challenge released in the future, and unlimited usage. Reflexy Plus also includes any other content which may be released in the future.

If you choose to subscribe to Reflexy Plus, a $0.99 per month purchase will be applied to your iTunes account on confirmation.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

Children's Privacy

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Data, please contact Us.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.

Links to Other Websites

Our Application may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Application, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
